Focus on the development of modern technology, through the new technology, scientific and technological fabrics, and constantly give new power to the product.
Deep-sea sedimentation technique
JQ core patented technology
The raw materials are melted to make a molten viscous liquid, under the premise of ensuring the high temperature of the molten liquid and controlling the oxygen content of the working environment, high-purity iron is added into the molten liquid.
Liquid, and then gradually cooling, pumping, and then gradually scrape off the viscous liquid, so that the viscous liquid wrapped in the iron base, and ultimately made of amorphous protective film and iron base composed of the adsorbent.
The amorphous protective film protects the iron base from corrosion and is used to adsorb polynuclear metals.
Sedimentation Adsorption
The made adsorbent is placed in the region below 300 m from the surface, preferably 800 m, and left for 2-5 years, with the iron base as a substrate, subjected to deep-sea hydrostatic pressure, to improve the physical properties, and to complete the process of metal densification as well as adsorption to the metal structure.
Refining of iron-based mixtures
After 2-5 years of precipitation, the adsorbent is removed and melted at characteristic temperatures, ground, refined, cleaned, melted, annealed and drawn in a complex process to obtain an iron-based mixture, which finally becomes a special metal that can be used to make fibers.
Deep-sea sedimentation technique
At present, the technology as well as to the Chinese National Intellectual Property Office to apply for deep-sea precipitation technology property rights patents. in early February 2013, JQ deep-sea precipitation technology was selected by the International Anti-Radiation Static Material Technology Committee as one of the seven innovative technologies in the 21st century radiation protection clothing industry.
